I saw a post that Niashani shared on FB.... she was looking for 2 volunteers to be her clients as she began her journey to become a Health Coach! I was in Haiti and feeling very tired, depressed, no energy and overweight. I wanted change so badly but I was confused about how to begin. I had been researching Keto, Paleo, diet pills, energy pills, etc. and did nothing… We had many challenges with lack of internet here in Haiti and then lack of some foods. So this summer, while back in the states, Niashani and I met once a week and texted back and forth. She graciously supported the small victories and never shamed me for not moving along faster. I’m back in Haiti and continue to tweak and learn how to make healthier choices. I feel better, have more energy and I have started to lose weight (7 lbs).

I recommend Niashani on so many levels...she is an incredible, humble, brilliant woman who knows how to lift you up and nurture you back to health. Her massage touch came in handy when I was having migraines and she taught me how to massage and stretch my neck and head...also meditation lessons...practical ways to get more greens and just watching her love and care for herself, inspired me.
